Role Summary

The Product Director, Cloud Services role is a critical position within GTT Communications, responsible for driving the development and execution of our cloud services product strategy.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the cloud services market, as well as experience in product management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to Cloud Services Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine our cloud services product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
  2. Drive Innovation and Growth: Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within our cloud services portfolio, leveraging market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  3. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product improvements, driving business results and customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers, gathering feedback and insights to inform product decisions and drive customer-centricity.
  5. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging this knowledge to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  1. Experience in Product Management: Proven experience in product management, with a focus on cloud services and a deep understanding of the market.
  2. Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  3. Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering value to customers and driving business results.
