We are seeking an experienced Product Director to join our team at Socialpoint, a world-renowned mobile games studio based in Barcelona. Key Responsibilities- Lead a Nimble Team: You will oversee a team of professionals and foster a climate of collaboration and creative brainstorming, where new ideas can thrive and develop continuously.
- Drive Product Roadmap: You will define the product roadmap and feature creation, leveraging innovation, disruption, ambition, and pragmatism to drive business growth.
- Make Data-Driven Decisions: You will make decisions based on facts, data, numbers, and player needs, while being comfortable taking calculated risks and following your instincts.
- Develop a Data-Driven Mindset: You will have a strong analytical skillset and be able to set measurable goals, driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
- Communicate Effectively: You will be a strong communicator, able to lead and work with multidisciplinary game teams, including Game Design, Development, Art, Marketing, and Analytics.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: You will be a champion of industry trends, design paradigms, business models, and go-to-market approaches, driving innovation and growth within the company.
- Experience in Product Management: You will have at least 5 years of experience in the Director of Product role within the free-to-play industry, preferably in live games.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You will have a strong analytical skillset and be able to set measurable goals, driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
- Strong Communication Skills: You will be a strong communicator, able to lead and work with multidisciplinary game teams.
- Passion for Innovation: You will be incredibly passionate about creating innovative, fun, and highly engaging games, and be committed to helping take Monster Legends to the next level.
