About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Coordinator to join our team at Eviosys in Osuna, Spain. As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation, control, and improvement of our quality policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop all aspects of site quality, including the implementation and control of quality policies.
  • Ensure the quality of products in a section with limited welding analysis technology.
  • Promote a safety, health, food hygiene, and environment culture.
  • Lead and develop the Quality Control team, allowing for the constant improvement of organizational efficiency in terms of quality.
  • Guarantee the comprehension and application of every tool, protocol, and quality procedure in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide management with information on the performance of the quality system, including relevant incidents and non-conformant products.
  • Analyze quality incidents, investigating the root causes and informing those areas involved to develop a solution.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as a Quality Coordinator/Technician, preferably in the industrial sector, in the canning industry.
  • University Degree & Master's degree in engineering, biology, environmental engineering, or similar.
  • Ability to achieve change and decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of auditing and/or managing audit processes.
  • Pragmatic skills in Process capability analysis (Statistical Process Controls).
  • Excellent communication and influencing organizational skills.
  • Management by objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Management and safety-first attitude.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish. Any other language is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of SAP.
