About the Role:

This position requires a strong connection to the women's football community and a passion for discovering emerging talent. You will be responsible for evaluating talent, observing and analyzing the performance of young football players, and identifying standout female football players across Spain, particularly in key regions such as Barcelona and Madrid.



Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with sport marketing athletes and teams & brand partners to support their integration into our brand initiatives.
  • Actively be involved in women's football scouting, with focus on identifying standout female football players across Spain.
  • Evaluate talent, observing and analyzing the performance of young football players.
  • Develop strong relationships within the team and across the organization to implement sport marketing strategies.


Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with prior work experience in Sports Marketing, Marketing or brand marketing, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and impeccable written and spoken Spanish and English skills.
