Spanish Speaking Fleet Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and service-minded Spanish speaking administrator to join our Colleague Services Fleet Team as a Fleet Management Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our leased company cars and providing exceptional support to our colleagues with company car related enquiries.
This is an office-based role with a high level of autonomy, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing company car contracts, coordinating with leasing companies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in fleet management, car rentals, or a related field, and will possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, and you will be confident in interacting with colleagues at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Support: Respond to company car related enquiries via our case management system, ensuring accurate and timely responses in adherence to Service Level Agreements.
- Manage Company Car Contracts: Coordinate with leasing companies to process car orders in line with company policy, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Coordinate Fleet Operations: Arrange delivery of company cars to new hires, including sourcing vehicles, arranging insurance, and responding to maintenance and repair needs.
- Ensure Compliance: Verify accurate data, drive data clean-up, and ensure correct taxation of company cars by providing accurate data to the Payroll team.
- Provide Data Reports: Maintain accurate records, files, and data reports, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and local legislation.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in fleet management, car rentals, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (business level).
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Professional, approachable, and confident in interacting with colleagues at all levels.
- High attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
