Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spanish speaking Fleet Coordinator to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our Colleague Services Fleet Team, you will be responsible for managing our leased company cars and providing exceptional support to our colleagues with company car related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Excellent Support: Respond to company car eligible colleagues' inquiries via our case management system, ensuring accurate and timely responses in adherence to Service Level Agreements.
  2. Manage Company Car Contracts: Coordinate with external suppliers to process car orders in line with company policy.
  3. Coordinate Leasing and Rentals: Work with leasing companies to arrange delivery of company cars to new hires and ensure timely resolution of maintenance and repair needs.
  4. Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate reporting, records, and files are maintained, and provide data reports as required.
  5. Ensure Compliance: Verify correct taxation of company cars and educate colleagues on established policies and procedures.
  6. Support the Full Lifecycle: Source vehicles, arrange delivery, and respond to maintenance and repair needs for company cars.
  7. Review and Approve Invoices: Ensure compliance with company guidelines and local legislation.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in fleet management, car rentals, or administrative vehicle management.
  2. Fluency in English and Spanish (business level).
  3. Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  4. Strong computer literacy - proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel.
  5. Professional, approachable, and able to interact successfully with varying levels inside and outside the organization.
  6. High attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
