The Role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B accounts, developing and nurturing relationships to grow their commitment to reforesting the world with Tree-Nation. Your primary goal is to continuously learn and develop strategies to grow your portfolio and increase sales from existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including day-to-day contact, pricing negotiations, and contract renewals for your portfolio.
  • Maintain current commitments while upselling and cross-selling opportunities to accounts within your portfolio, maximizing revenue per account.
  • Minimize account churn from your portfolio while identifying and pursuing prospects among churned clients to win them back.
  • Ensure profitability goals from your portfolio are achieved.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of all Tree-Nation processes.
  • Daily monitoring of order flow through systems, addressing issues, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify areas of improvement and follow up on customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B account management, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on location and experience. We strive to offer competitive compensation packages that reflect individual contributions to our mission.
