About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our team at Clarivate in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our Intellectual Property (IP) group, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our team's capabilities and contributing to the development of innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our agile team to design and develop cutting-edge software applications that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Work closely with product management to deliver on our product roadmap and drive business growth.
  • Design and implement technical solutions that meet the requirements of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
About the Team

Our team is comprised of 10 developers, QA engineers, and product managers, spread across multiple locations. We are a dynamic and innovative team that is passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions that make a real impact on our customers' lives.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, including AWS.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
  • Knowledge of Linux and Docker.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.
