About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Programme Management Office Analyst to join our team at Access Partnership. As a key member of our Programme Management Office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of client projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of major and complex projects, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality client solutions.
  • Manage resources, budget, scope, and change effectively and at pace.
  • Manage the contract review, pricing, and onboarding process for new clients.
  • Provide detailed reporting and support to Engagement and Account Managers.
  • Draft clear communications and content on short timelines.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within a project management or PMO team, ideally within professional services, consulting, technology, or similar environment.
  • Experience planning and managing project resources from estimates to detailed plans in a billable hours environment.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English with experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • An understanding of project and commercial risks.
