As a Junior HR Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in human resources while contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with HRBPs to identify staffing needs, assist in the recruitment process, and conduct interviews for junior profiles and seasonal positions.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations, and assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR-related documentation.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that attract top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- HR Support: Provide administrative support in the HR department, ensure KPIs are tracked, and assist in the administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience: One or two years of experience in recruitment or an HR role support.
- Language Skills: Fluent in French (C2 level required), fluent in English, and Spanish is a must.
- Professional Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to work on own initiative, and excellent team-working skills.
- Personal Skills: Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
