Hilton Worldwide is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team. As a Waiter/ess, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while providing attentive and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Serve beverages and food in accordance with licensing regulations.
  • Ensure knowledge of menu offerings and maintain a well-stocked mis-en-place.
  • Follow reporting procedures for any issues that may arise.
  • Deliver food and beverage orders in a timely and consistently good standard.
  • Adhere to Hilton Grooming standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
Requirements
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Food and Beverage department or industry.
  • Previous experience of cash handling.
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
