Job Title: Executive Director, Digital Transformation Procurement

Accor Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our Digital Transformation Procurement team. As a key member of our Group Procurement Organisation, you will be responsible for deploying and adopting our Procurement digital platforms globally, providing support to digital tools customers, and driving digital transformation across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Align global digital transformation vision across all stakeholders
  • Define a comprehensive global digital transformation strategy in line with local leaders' vision and priorities
  • Understand local market context and challenges to influence global roadmaps and change strategies
  • Supervise local transformation of our procurement organisations
  • Manage a global team of digital managers responsible for local implementation and adoption of tools
  • Coordinate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition to digital processes and tools for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide first-level support to customers and suppliers
  • Set up and improve Procurement customer service team for dealing with L1 business and digital queries from external stakeholders
  • Monitor customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to attract and retain top talent
  • Effective in a constantly developing matrixed organisation with complex and evolving technology and products
  • Outstanding organisational skills
Requirements:
  • Graduate: Master / MBA / Bac + 4/5
  • Expertise: Experience: > 10 years
  • Relevant Experience: at least 5 years of total working experience in a managerial role
  • Seniority & past experiences: Previous experience in a digital team
  • Languages: French, English (Fluent)
