About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud System Administrator to join our team at fonYou. As a key member of our Technology Team, you will be responsible for the deployment, operation, and support of our on-premise and cloud-based production systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of our cloud environments.
  • Automate company operations and processes using cloud-based technologies.
  • Support and maintain all applications developed in-house.
  • Collaborate with our Data Scientist team to develop innovative solutions using data analysis and big data cloud pipelines.
  • Design and deploy microservices in container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps oriented developments.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in deploying and administering cloud environments on Google Cloud and/or AWS.
  • Experience writing code for automation using bash/shell, Ruby, Python, or Golang.
  • Knowledge of configuration and container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
  • Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems.
  • Deep knowledge of configuring performance monitoring systems using the ELK stack.
  • Networking knowledge including IP addressing, VLANs, TCP sockets, and Wireshark.
  • Native or fluent in Spanish and English B2 or above.
