System Architect and Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic System Architect and Technical Lead to drive the architectural design and technical strategy of our platform. This role is crucial in shaping our technology infrastructure to ensure scalability and alignment with Creaitor's ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. System Architecture Design: Develop and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures to support Creaitor's AI-driven platform.
  2. Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a development team establishing coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies within the Laravel ecosystem.
  3. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  4. Integration: Design and manage integrations with third-party services, APIs, and internal systems enhancing the platform's capabilities.
  5. Technology Stack Management: Continuously evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to maintain and advance our tech stack ensuring alignment with business needs.
  6. Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance focusing on application speed, reliability, and scalability within our Laravel and VueJS environment.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and ML engineers to align technical solutions with business goals.
  8. Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our platform.
  9. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture design decisions and development processes.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience as a System Architect or Tech Lead with a track record of successfully designing and implementing complex systems.
  3. Technical Skills: Expertise in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, Python, and similar. Strong experience with system design patterns, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions. Advanced knowledge of PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (VueJS), and modern web development practices is an advantage.
  4. Scalability: Experience designing scalable architectures capable of handling high traffic and complex data interactions.
  5. Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  6. DevOps: Knowledge of DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment workflows.
  7. Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
