Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Specialist to join our international team across Europe. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful social media strategies, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the agency or digital marketing space. They should possess a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies, excellent communication and team collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and their role in brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, balancing creative vision with operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate innovative, strategic, and conceptual thinking for social media content.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy team on pitch decks for internal and client projects.
  • Create presentation decks for pitches and internal projects.
  • Collaborate with a team of Creatives, Strategists, and Social Media Managers to brainstorm and develop concepts.
  • Stay constantly updated on trends and transformations across social media platforms, internet culture, pop culture, and online audience behavior.
  • Conceptualize creative ideas for multiple social media platforms.
  • Turn insights from the Research and Strategy teams into compelling content ideas.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the agency or digital marketing space.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.) and their role in brand growth.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, paid media, and outreach strategies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion rates) and creating detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr or similar).
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects with competing deadlines.
  • Passionate about storytelling, brand building, and fostering online communities.
