Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business excellence and optimizing our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and analyze procurement savings projects to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive reporting to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency
  • Develop dynamic, customized reports to track pricing trends and performance metrics
  • Act as a primary user in the factory costing process, promoting consistency and innovation across the organization
  • Collaborate with financial managers and controllers to establish and refine costing calculations and structures, fostering the development of standardized business rules

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing site is a must
  • A global organization highly preferred
  • Proficiency in SAP, namely with finance and supply chain modules is a must
  • Experience in using Power BI will be a plus
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and generate insights
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and results-driven
  • Fluent in English is required
  • Czech language knowledge will be an advantage
