About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business excellence and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze procurement savings projects to identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive reporting to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency
- Develop dynamic, customized reports to track pricing trends and performance metrics
- Act as a primary user in the factory costing process, promoting consistency and innovation across the organization
- Collaborate with financial managers and controllers to establish and refine costing calculations and structures, fostering the development of standardized business rules
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing site is a must
- A global organization highly preferred
- Proficiency in SAP, namely with finance and supply chain modules is a must
- Experience in using Power BI will be a plus
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes and best practices
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and generate insights
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and results-driven
- Fluent in English is required
- Czech language knowledge will be an advantage
