Job Description

We are seeking a Consumer Advanced Solutions Director to lead our Consumer Advanced Solutions in Iberia, responsible for achieving 20% of our revenue. Key responsibilities include defining strategy, creating pipelines in partnership with commercial teams, and delivering business answers to clients.

The successful candidate will have a solid FMCG analytical background, a successful sales record, an appetite to work collaboratively with colleagues, and an obsession to delight clients' analytical and business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We require a minimum of 10 years of experience in market research, Consumer Panel Data (CPS), or quantitative consumer research/FMCG-related roles. Essential skills include knowledge of and experience working with Consumer Panel Data, very good analytical and commercial skills, and understanding & interpretation of results of CPS and statistical analyses.

A good command of both oral & written English, ability to work in an international matrix-environment, and cross-cultural communication skills are also required. RMS will be a plus.
