Job Title: Senior Line Clearance Supervisor

Wright Tree Service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Line Clearance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of line clearance operations across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of line clearance crew members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and high-quality work standards.
  • Develop and implement effective work plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet customer demands and optimize crew productivity.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to manage employee relations, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct regular safety training and coaching sessions to ensure crew members are equipped to handle complex line clearance tasks.
  • Monitor and report on crew performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, utility companies, and government agencies to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure Wright Tree Service remains a leader in line clearance operations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in line clearance operations, with a strong background in supervisory or management roles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of crew members.
  • Strong knowledge of arboriculture, forestry, and line clearance practices, including safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Valid driver's license, medical card, and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
