- Monitor and report on crew performance, including productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven experience in line clearance, arboriculture, or a related field.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and a clean driving record.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
