General Foreman

Wright Tree Service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our line clearance crew and ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the line clearance crew, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Develop and implement effective work plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with other departments, including human resources and risk management, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide training and coaching to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to crew members.
• Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to crew performance and operations.
• Investigate and resolve any issues or concerns related to crew performance or operations.

• 5+ years of experience in arboriculture or a related field.
• Proven track record of leadership and management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 50 pounds on an infrequent basis and up to 30 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
