Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Negotiator to join our team at IQVIA Argentina. As a key member of our contracting team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing global contracting strategies to support the delivery of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  2. Utilize contracting systems, tools, and processes to support the development and implementation of contracting strategies.
  3. Provide expert legal, operational, and financial contracting support to study teams to facilitate efficient business development and trial initiation.
  4. Contribute to the collection, analysis, and dissemination of accurate contracting intelligence to support assigned studies and the wider company.
  5. Ensure overall contracting efficiency and adherence to project timelines and financial goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
  • 5 years relevant sponsor or clinical research organization clinical site contracting experience, including global and/or regional experience acting as a contract negotiator.
  • Excellent negotiating and communication skills, with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong legal, financial, and technical writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of regulated clinical trial environments and knowledge of drug development processes.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, taking calculated risks when making decisions.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and mentor.
