Job Title: Lead Domain Architect for FCAS Program

At Airbus Defence and Space, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Domain Architect to join our FCAS Program team. As a key member of our Architecture Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the FCAS specific target architectures, ensuring alignment with overall enterprise architecture principles and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain FCAS specific target architectures
  • Improve existing blueprints and standards in line with enterprise architecture principles and standards
  • Plan and prioritize architecture support across different domains
  • Align architecture design for interconnected business capabilities linked to end-to-end business value streams
  • Update harmonized horizontal and vertical integrated as-is and target architecture
  • Cross-domain integration and technical management of FCAS program
  • Architect high-level solution designs and its proper implementation, verification, and validation
  • Identify, evaluate, and propose solution options for architecture concerns within FCAS program
Requirements:
  • Knowledge in Information System architecture and Model-based Systems Engineering principles
  • Knowledge of TOGAF and ArchiMate, ability to model in Sparx Enterprise Architect
  • Knowledge of SysML and systems modelling methodology, ability to model in Cameo Systems Modeler
  • Experience in applying the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Experience in leading multi-functional teams and interacting with governmental customers
  • Architecture experience and knowledge in PLM, ALM, ERP, MOM, MES, and authoring backbones for Engineering, operations, and customer services
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, additional languages a plus
