Global Process and System Specialist and SAP Key User

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement global processes and KPIs for Material Warehouse Management, ensuring seamless integration with external warehouses.

Collaborate with project members on global SAP projects, creating global working instructions and facilitating knowledge transfer to local key users.

Design and implement digital supplier connections, ensuring EDI compliance and optimizing workflows.

Evaluate and select new IT tools and solutions to support MM WM processes, managing their implementation and adoption.

Develop business cases for SAP developments and improve the supply chain through proactive coordination and presentation of solution approaches.

Ensure SAP User Acceptance Test and 2nd-Level Support, driving continuous improvement measures to optimize workflows and support local or global ideas.

Requirements:
Business administration degree or similar.
High English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Modules MM, EWM, PP, and MS Office.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in WH MM processes.
Experience in Digital Supplier Connections SNC EDI.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, good communication skills, commitment, and dedication.
High resilience and initiative.
Project management skills combined with analytical, structured ability to work and high problem-solving skills.
Strong ownership to design and continuous improvement.
Process understanding and systematic way of working.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel.
