Part Time Administrative Support

We are seeking an Administration Assistant to be the first point of contact in our office at Bluebird Care.
Main Responsibilities- Welcome and greet staff and visitors, ensuring they sign the visitors book and professionals ID is checked.
- Answer the phone and respond to enquiries, redirecting calls to relevant staff and recording messages accordingly.
- Assist with recruitment tasks, CVs, chasing references and verifying ID documents.
- Maintain the general tidiness of the main area.
- Complete the daily concerns reports.
Key Skills: Good IT experience, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
