Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our procurement team as an Administrative Support. As an integral part of our procurement department, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Creation of purchase orders in our ERP systems: ELC and SAP.
- Transfer of assets in ELC/SAP.
- Data collection and updates.
- Follow-up on ongoing orders, including delivery acceptance, collection of asset data, and completion of delivery acceptance forms, in collaboration with suppliers.
- Utilize DocuSign for PO and other document signatures.
- Store documents in SharePoint.
- Control and approve invoices in our system.
- Manage DHL shipments by preparing tags and labels.
- Upload manuals and certificates in the TCR SharePoint Library.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position, preferably in a procurement or supply chain environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish; knowledge of Dutch, French, or any other language is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
