Job Title: Emea Field Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Emea Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Talkdesk. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive pipeline and accelerate sales growth in Spain and France.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage programs and initiatives to drive pipeline and accelerate sales growth in Spain and France
  • Work closely with our global marketing and sales teams to manage campaigns and programs across multiple segments and channels
  • Plan and execute regional events, from small-scale events to large-scale expos and webinars
  • Localize demand generation campaigns to address specific regional needs in Spain and France
  • Analyze campaign results in real-time, apply findings to increase results, and drive improvements to optimize plans
  • Partner with marketing operations to understand plan performance, track results, and share progress with sales and key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Fluent in business Spanish, French, and English
  • 5+ years of experience planning, executing, and optimizing B2B technology demand generation and enterprise marketing programs
  • Strong business partnering skills, engaging with and valuing partnerships with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable presenting to sales and dealing with ambiguity
  • Understanding of marketing tactics - events, paid media, email marketing, webinars, web
  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to diagnose and solve challenges leveraging data and testing
  • Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with marketing automation, CRM, attribution, and site optimization tools
  • Superior project timeline development and management skills
  • Seasoned at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
