Job Title: Emea Field Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Emea Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Talkdesk. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive pipeline and accelerate sales growth in Spain and France.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage programs and initiatives to drive pipeline and accelerate sales growth in Spain and France.
  • Work closely with our global marketing and sales teams to manage campaigns and programs across multiple segments and channels.
  • Plan and execute regional events, including executive roundtables, expos, and webinars.
  • Localize demand generation campaigns to address specific regional needs in Spain and France.
  • Analyze campaign results in real-time and apply findings to increase results and drive improvements.
  • Partner with marketing operations to understand plan performance, track results, and share progress with sales and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in business Spanish, French, and English.
  • 5+ years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing B2B technology demand generation and enterprise marketing programs.
  • Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to engage with and value partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable presenting to sales and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Understanding of marketing tactics, including events, paid media, email marketing, webinars, and web.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and solve challenges leveraging data and testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, attribution, and site optimization tools.
  • Superior project timeline development and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy and go-getter attitude, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, or equivalent, and ideally experience with Asana, Marketo, and Salesforce.
