About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Game Community Manager to join our team at Gameloft. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $80,000 per year, based on the location in Barcelona.

Job Description
  • Community Channel & Content Strategy (50-60%):

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and producing evergreen content for social media networks, working closely with the Licensor to ensure plans meet License standards. They will also own the content creation process to produce a consistent flow of evergreen content for each channel and propose ways to optimize the process to ensure a positive ROI. Furthermore, they will track and analyze community and content performance KPIs, ensuring steady progression quarter-on-quarter.

Campaign & Community Activation Development (20%):

The successful candidate will ideate, plan, and execute community-focused activations to support major production milestones. They will also track and analyze campaign performance, sharing learnings to continuously improve each activation.

Community Engagement & Moderation (10%):

The ideal candidate will develop a conversational approach on channels to build strong bonds with community members. They will work closely with Junior Community Managers to ensure maximum coverage rate across channels and continuously improve moderation and engagement approaches.

Planning, Project Management, Social Media Toolstack (20%):

The successful candidate will plan, pitch, and iterate with the Licensor to prepare valuable community experiences for the game. They will work with major game team stakeholders to plan and execute community-focused projects and utilize tools and resources to analyze the impact of their content and community plans.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar position in the videogames industry.
  • A passion for gaming and gaming experiences of all kinds.
  • An analytical mind and KPI-driven approach.
  • Understanding of community KPIs and how to track them.
  • Experience working with Licensors and knowledge of processes and improvement methods.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment.
