About the Role:

Criteo's internal IT is actively seeking a Senior IT Product Owner to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our Unified Data Platform (UDP) initiative.

The UDP mission is to make Criteo's Corporate Core data available on demand, trustworthy, and intelligent, serving a wide range of stakeholders. As a Senior IT Product Owner, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and executing a product strategy and roadmap to make our UDP vision a reality, and proposing appropriate governance to report on it.

  2. Driving alignment and buy-in across the organization for our value proposition, serving as a vocal advocate for our UDP growth and its strategic importance.

  3. Contributing to the identification and prioritization of the backlog of Corporate Data Models in line with business priorities, in support with Data stakeholders.

  4. Helping to enforce best practices around Data Governance, in line with the Data Governance program.

  5. Developing our UDP Service Offer to industrialize rollouts and standardize our minimum set of services.

  6. Defining and monitoring Key Success Metrics and regularly evaluating the impact of our deliverables on business outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed.

  7. Anticipating and managing dependencies with other IIT Product Owners.

  8. Providing an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful sprint completion.

  9. Staying up-to-date with Agile best practices and new trends.

  10. Staying up-to-date with innovation and technology at the service of Data.

About the Team:

You'll be part of a day-to-day technical stack relying on:

Cloud services: compute, network, storage, web, integration, automation

Azure Components: Logic Apps, Azure Function, Service Bus, CosmosDB, Data Factory, API Management, Storage Account, Event Grid, Monitor, Azure Datalake

Data management: Databricks, Azure SQL, SQL Server, PowerBI, Azure Datalake Store, Azure Data Factory, Azure Purview

… within the Criteo IS landscape which comprises of world-class solutions, such as:

  1. Applications: PowerBI, Mulesoft, SalesForce, SAP S/4 Hana & ECC, SAP BRIM, Workday, Anaplan, Kyriba, Concur,...

  2. Collaboration Tools: Office (OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, …), Slack, Zoom, ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence,...

About You:

We're looking for someone with:

  1. At least 7+ years of functional and technical experience around Data Management components (ETL, governance, quality, architecture, data modeling,...)

  2. Standard Project Management skills to frame time-boxed initiatives and provide visibility on efforts, expected deliverables & arbitration if required.

  3. Agile methodology experience, especially Scrum, Kanban,...

  4. Experience in designing and implementing Data-driven solutions serving business stakeholders, and proficiency with different Data layers (ingest, store, process, serve..)

  5. Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills, naturally interacting with diverse personalities

  6. Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities

  7. Ability to challenge business decisions

  8. Fluent in English and experience in working in an international environment (French knowledge will be a plus)
