About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and use of AWS services among our customers, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services
  • Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices
  • Proactively keep customer AWS environments operationally healthy
  • Develop close relationships with customers to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges
