SAP Security Governance Expert

Coty is seeking a highly skilled SAP Security Governance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our SAP Security GRC COE, you will be responsible for reviewing and delivering Security Governance across SAP applications.
Key Responsibilities- Represent SAP Security GRC considerations for support and projects.
- Act as a liaison with other technical teams and manage escalations in support and project delivery.
- Follow defined procedures, processes, and company policies and security best practices standards.
- Review and assess the SAP Security Strategy for possible risks and their remediation.
- Monitor security changes executed and perform quality reviews.
- Fix any deviations and provide feasible enhancements when required.
- Review all GRC AC configuration changes and the creation and maintenance of security roles in the application.
- Owner of SAP Security Collaterals: Owner, Approver, and Reviewer of all SAP Security team collaterals (i.e., SharePoint, Mailbox, Reference Documents) and also approver for Security Roles and GRC Approver.
- Support all phases of project lifecycle and assist AMS team with queries/clarifications.
- Monitor and report on SAP Security GRC projects and AMS support, status reporting, and proactively manage project risks.
- Conduct incident analysis with weekly status reports.
- S4HANA, GRC12, and Fiori security hands-on experience and implementation, along with AMS support exposure.
- SAP ECC, BW4HANA, BTP, SAP RD, Solution Manager hands-on experience and implementation, along with AMS support exposure.
- Exposure to Internal and External Audit associated with SAP Security.
- Experience working with end-users to translate business requirements into systems specifications.
- Strong experience in Segregation of Duties (SoD) concept and ability to conduct user or role remediations.
- Experience in designing a security SoD Matrix is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to audiences of all sizes, and interact with all levels of the organization.
- Experience in User License management and expertise in ticket management and reporting.
- Expertise in running and publishing various SOX reports like UAR, Critical Actions, SOD, Critical Permissions, Firefighter Log Review.
- Expertise in SAP Security automation and script creation for mass maintenance and troubleshooting SAP security GRC issues.
