Job Summary
Allianz Technology Security & Resilience is the core team and central driver for Information Security at Allianz Technology. The function is tasked to continue developing a strong security organization by establishing global security solutions and countermeasures and to oversee the effectiveness and guide the implementation of security controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as an accelerator to support Allianz technology Information Security & Resilience mission critical projects
- Provides consulting, support, and internal services in the area of Security and Resilience governance
- Focuses on the needs of present and future potential requirements in the area of Security & Resilience governance
- Provides independent oversight reporting and measures to strengthen the quality of Security and Resilience governance
- Develops expertise by building diversified capabilities as Information security consultants and explores internal service requirements
- Proactively fosters collaboration among Security & Resilience Control roles across organizational entities at Allianz Technology SE globally together with OEs of Allianz Group and Group Center Security
- Supports the identification and reporting of information security risks, vulnerabilities, and other exposures
- Collaborates with the GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) roles and uses the GRC tool to create transparency and reports
- Develops mitigation strategies and provides appropriate advice to solve existing issues and prevent future issues
- Contributes to the development of IT security policies, implements information systems, and cybersecurity
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:
- Must possess and demonstrate the ability to work fully independently and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information, volatile situations, uncertainty, and ambiguity
