Key Responsibilities:
- Site Setup and Launch: Lead the setup and launch of our new site in Madrid, ensuring it adheres to all Payoneer's operational standards, company culture, and regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution and alignment with Payoneer's site setup objectives and strategy.
- Liaison and Communication: Serve as a liaison between Payoneer's global departments, local service providers, and employees.
- Team Building and Community: Foster a sense of community and belonging within the new team.
- Progress Updates: Provide regular updates and status reports to senior management on the progress and milestones achieved throughout the site launch process.
