Today, with over 2.1 million VIPs and 50 million pairs of shoes sold, we are just getting started. With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we're currently looking for a Marketing and Merchandising Intern based out of our Barcelona office.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing and merchandising campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing content align with brand objectives and messaging.
- Support the development and optimization of website content and assets to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Assist with monthly photo shoots for brand campaigns.
- Execution of promotional campaigns, sales events, and product launches to drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience by testing and reporting issues.
What you will learn in your role:
- The fundamentals of e-commerce, including key performance indicators (KPIs), customer experience, and retention strategies.
- Basics of digital merchandising management.
- Cross-functional collaboration with departments such as CRM, Social Media, Studio, and Creative teams.
- Development of inspirational and engaging brand content.
- Digital content and product management.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Fashion or a related field.
- Enthusiasm, reactivity, ability, and energy to operate in a fast-paced environment, independently and collaboratively.
- Strong passion for fashion and understanding of current industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
