Marketing and Merchandising Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Merchandising Intern to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our marketing and merchandising team, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and retention through the creation and implementation of marketing and merchandising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and execution of marketing and merchandising strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing content aligns with brand objectives and messaging.
- Support the development and optimization of website content and assets to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Assist with monthly photo shoots for brand campaigns and ensure a smooth customer experience by testing and reporting issues.
- Execute promotional campaigns, sales events, and product launches to drive customer engagement and conversion.
- The fundamentals of e-commerce, including key performance indicators (KPIs), customer experience, and retention strategies.
- The basics of digital merchandising management.
- Cross-functional collaboration with departments such as CRM, Social Media, Studio, and Creative teams.
- Development of inspirational and engaging brand content.
- Digital content and product management.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
- Enthusiasm, reactivity, ability, and energy to operate in a fast-paced environment, independently and collaboratively.
- Strong passion for fashion and understanding of current industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
