Job Title: Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our technical operations team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and geographically-dispersed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and management of IT systems
  • Manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks, as well as comply with security regulations and standards
  • Manage the IT department's budget and make data-driven decisions
  • Understand the energy sector, especially renewable energies
  • Improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with different stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges
  • Negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate agreements with suppliers and partners
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, CSM, and TOGAF
