Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and completion. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects using the best approach as set out within any project methodology processes. This includes clearly defining project scope, costs, success criteria, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints with stakeholders.

Project Documentation

The Project Manager will document the project's creation, development, and execution, as well as the project's scope, budget, and justification.

Project Delivery

The Project Manager will ensure that the agreed objectives and success criteria are delivered on time and within budget. This includes identifying and facilitating the resolution of any issues that may arise.

Reporting and Budgeting

The Project Manager will provide technical, project track, and financial reports and budget outlines for executive committees.

Team Management

The Project Manager will oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently.

Risk Management

The Project Manager will proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues of cross-Technology project support requests.

Independent Judgment

The Project Manager will exercise independent judgment with minimal direction from the supervisor and work independently to manage one's time.

Accountability and Discretion

The Project Manager will ensure accountability with self and others and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Collaboration and Urgency

The Project Manager will support cross-organizational high-performance teams, create a collaborative environment, and execute with a sense of urgency.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of work experience in a technical project management-related role, with a bachelor's degree or 2 or more years of experience with an Advanced Degree.
  2. Understanding of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
  3. Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication (Including MS Office Suite), and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence technical (especially security) and business issues and/or solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally as needed.

  1. Proactive and solution-oriented, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically.
