Je rol

Als commercieel medewerker bij Selectra ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verkopen van energie- en telecommunicatiecontracten aan consumenten op de Vlaamse markt. Je zal:

  • Inbound calls nemen
  • Identificeren en begrijpen van de noden van de klanten
  • Hun informeren over de verschillende mogelijkheden die zij hebben en het meest relevante aanbod verkopen
  • Hun contracten verkopen en bijkomende verkopen voorstellen
