Marketing and Business Analytics Team

The marketing and business analytics team at Lingokids builds the tools and understanding that drive our commercial decision-making. We're seeking an exceptional Senior Data Analyst to join our team and support the marketing team in achieving our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Work with data at an expert level to understand the impacts of operational choices and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders and operational experts.
  • Business Intelligence: Build tools and reports to help operational partners make informed decisions, model and predict long-term outcomes, and segment users for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Resolve complex questions and problems, identify root causes of changes in data and user trends, and help teams formulate the right questions to understand business performance.
  • Data Storytelling: Share insights and understanding through engaging data storytelling, and communicate findings in weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Experimentation Support: Work with operational teams to design experiments that provide clear guidance on the right approach, interpret results, and advise on the best course of action.

Desired Experience

  • History of Analysis with Business Impact: Proven track record of delivering analysis that drives business decisions and outcomes.
  • Business and Scenario Modelling: Experience with incrementality and long-term value modelling, and ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders and operational teams.

  • Trusted Advisor: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Business Impact: Deliver multiple projects that demonstrate significant business impact, including projects that project future value, advise on channel mix, and build reporting to inform partnership decisions.
