**Job Description**
As a Senior Account Executive for our Enterprise IT Operations Management Software portfolio, you will lead pursuits in focused territories, driving campaigns to build the pipeline, and use your expertise to prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities. You will be responsible for named accounts allocated and cover a designated geography, focusing on a broad set of customers in Spain based out of Madrid.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Drive specialty sales in accounts through prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
* Work closely with the extended sales team, including PreSales, Professional Services, Marketing, and Channel teams, to build an effective pipeline
* Develop in-depth knowledge of clients' business, organizational structure, business processes, and financial structure
* Utilize CRM (SalesForce) system as an expert and accurately forecast business
* Provable evidence of overachieving quota in the past, diversity of business customers, higher-level customer interface, and a diverse set of selling responsibilities
**Requirements**
Experience in hunting or new business sales and experience in the Enterprise/IT Service Management space is a must. Experience in selling ITOM, DevOps, Hybrid IT solutions is a bonus. Good communication in English language and fluent in Spanish. Considered master in knowledge of products, solutions, or service offerings as well as competitor's offerings to sell large, complex solutions.
**What We Offer**
Estimated salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience. The position offers a competitive package, including bonuses, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
