Job Title: CIS Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to lead our sales and marketing expansion in the CIS market. As a CIS Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining annual sales strategies and business plans, analyzing sales performance, and recommending future products based on market trends and profit margins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Challenge, coordinate, and consolidate sales performance in the CIS market
  • Develop and maintain annual sales strategies and business plans
  • Analyze sales performance and recommend future products based on market trends and profit margins
  • Enhance networks to ABV expansion in the region
  • Work with staff or contractors to develop necessary advertising, social media, and public relations activities
  • Report directly to Regional Director

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 7 years of sales experience in Broadcasting and Telecommunications
  • Russian and English fluency in business communication
  • Sales result and target driven
  • Good knowledge of sales analysis, sales forecasting, and sales negotiation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
