This role is an integral part of our partnership program, offering insights into the dynamic world of a growing startup.

As a Longevity Sales Development Manager, you will support our team in establishing and nurturing relationships with B2B partners, including retailers, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the onboarding of new partners by managing contracts, price lists, supplier registrations, and other essential documents;
  • Handling relationships with established B2B partners, processing their orders, ensuring delivery, and managing complaints;
  • Creating regular reporting for B2B sales, tracking progress by partner, region, and partner type;
  • Supporting the management team in refining the B2B distribution strategy and improving B2B processes;

We are looking for candidates with experience in working in a B2B sales environment, preferably in the pharmacies, medical, or supplement field. You should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with others, and proficient in written and spoken English and German (German is a must).

The ideal candidate should also possess a diligent working style, eye for detail, and good numerical skills. Organized personality traits, such as tracking progress with partners and individual tasks, are highly valued.

Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
