We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Travel and Tourism Expert to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking Management: Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications with ease and efficiency.
- Customer Support: Provide proactive and reactive support to clients via various communication channels.
- Reservation Management: Handle ticket issuing, modification, and cancellation of reservations with precision and care.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Native level of French and good level of English.
- Travel Enthusiasm: Passion for travel and tourism industry.
- Customer Focus: Strong ability to listen, communicate, and empathize with clients.
- Adaptability: Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
- Work Permit: Valid Portuguese work permit required.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: 2 options: including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month; without accommodation: 1240€ gross/month.
