Join Holidu's Dynamic Team as a Sales Team Lead

Holidu is a leading travel tech company with a mission to simplify the search and booking of vacation rentals. We're looking for a talented Sales Team Lead to join our team in Madrid and drive growth in Central and Northern Spain.

Your Role
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales and account management team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Grow our vacation rental portfolio in the area, acquiring new partners and building long-term relationships.
  • Train and coach the sales and account management team, fostering team spirit through motivational initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers.
  • Work together with the Head of Sales and Account Management Iberia to improve our product, streamline procedures, and create best practices.
Your Qualifications
  • A strong sales background with a proven track record of achieving and overachieving targets.
  • Natural leadership skills with a keen ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with near-native Spanish and fluent English.
  • A data-driven mindset to continuously optimize your team's approach.
