Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Leader to join our team at Winning. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Experience experts and driving business growth through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive upsell, downsell, and churn reduction across 3 markets.
  • Lead, develop, and train a high-performing team of Customer Experience professionals, ensuring their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Own and improve the Customer NPS, defining actions to enhance the customer experience and service quality.
  • Support and assist clients, working closely with the Support Lead to ensure exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in customer care/customer service, with at least 2+ years in a leadership position.
  • Previous experience in a startup is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing, coaching, and developing a team.
  • Data-driven with experience in customer service software and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
