Aptiv Plc is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to our business units.
Key Responsibilities- Support and coordinate internal control activities across various business units in Spain to ensure compliance with corporate requirements.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly financial-analytical statements for different business units.
- Collaborate in the realization of analytical monthly closings, including detailed analysis of deviations from forecast and budget.
- Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of annual budget control for the Plant.
- Calculate Plant Hourly Rates.
- Prepare extraordinary financial information required by the financial area or other departments.
- Run the Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
- Degree in Business Administration or Economics with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Passion for excellence with a good approach to building relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interpersonal effectiveness with an open mindset combined with maturity.
- Ability to solve problems analytically, creatively, and collaboratively.
- Lead with confidence - thought leaders who empower those around them.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills in English.
