Global Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team located in Tajonar, Navarra.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our global financial operations, reporting directly to the Corporate Head of Financial Reporting and Treasury.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze individual and consolidated income statements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of individual and consolidated balance sheets.
- Monitor the budget performance of various subsidiaries and the consolidated budget, identifying and analyzing deviations.
- Collect and summarize data to structure reports on financial status and risks.
- Supervise and implement improvements in the internal financial information control system.
- Monitor transfer pricing and intercompany margins.
- Provide support to subsidiaries in resolving issues, defining global criteria, conducting ad-hoc analyses, coordinating with local CFOs, and offering training, support, and follow-up to financial personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or Master's in Finance is highly valued.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, auditing, or in the financial department of industrial companies, preferably in international environments.
- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation is a plus.
- High proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with SAP FI/CO, BPC, Workiva, and PowerBI is desirable.
- Advanced financial knowledge, including general accounting, balance sheet and income statement analysis, management control, corporate operations, taxation, strategic business planning, and annual account auditing.
- Proficiency in Excel.
