The Role

As an Insurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, handling insurance renewals, engaging with clients on insurance-related matters, coordinating placements with insurance partners, and providing vital support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and handle insurance renewals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in insurance
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to negotiate terms with insurance partners
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the insurance landscape

Certifications

  • Relevant insurance certifications or licences
