Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the EMEA region.
Main Responsibilities
- Help build a culture of success, enthusiasm, purpose, and fun within the team
- Develop and execute a comprehensive and repeatable inbound/outbound sales motion
- Manage and maintain accurate prospect and customer account activity in CRM for EMEA leads
- Collaborate with the EMEA Channel Manager on lead follow-ups and customer satisfaction
- Further develop and optimize sales scripts
- Build a database of sales tools, marketing assets, and sales training
- Build a network of prospective clients through the use of databases and tools
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize demand generation campaigns
- Work cross-functionally with marketing to drive new qualified appointments
- Represent Meltio effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Creative thinker with a positive attitude and great problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and achievement-driven
- Degree in engineering or business
- 3+ years of professional experience or training in inside sales environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish is a plus
- Ability to understand and analyze customer requirements
- Passion for industry, technology, and how things are made
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Function in a team atmosphere and appreciate aggressive goals
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and databases
- Self-starter, able to build rapport and credibility quickly
